I am very happy with my layers, rock stars! I felt very reassured and confident and recommend them to everybody. I was charged in Washington County with assault. I was scared that I would have a record and possibly jail. . I met with Gary and his partner Robert. Today i went to Court and my charge was dropped. Gary will expunge my record and I can get on with my life. I learned a lot from this experience and I really appreciate Gary, Robert and Gary’s therapy dog Sasha!

I found myself in an unbelievable predicament where my brother falsely accused me of assault. I chose Gary because of his reputation for being an aggressive lawyer and for vindicating others that had been falsely accused. I am so glad that I did. He is true to his reputation and got both the Protective Order and Assault charge dismissed. He is wise, has excellent communication and negotiation skills and he knows the players very well. When I would call him with questions, he always get back to me quickly and explain everything thoroughly. He is also a very personable guy who is genuinely nice. Thanks to Gary I have peace of mind again. If you are looking for an aggressive and savvy lawyer, he’s your guy.

We are very happy because our business was accused of theft which would have hurt our business. Robert prepared our defense. The first time we came to court, we demanded a trial. The state asked for a postponement and we had to come back. This time Gary came with us and he made the same argument Robert did and the state had to drop the case against us. A great start for the New Year!
