Gary and his team are out of this world. I had ZERO experience with the entire system. After making a stupid mistake, I found myself in a situation that could have a severe impact in my life. I found Gary through a long search through recommendations. The minute I met Gary he made me feel like a human being not a customer/client. He immediately assured me that I had made the right decision by coming to him and he was very genuine about it. I was so overwhelmed at the outcome I had to hug Gary in the courtroom. Gary Gerstenfield is the definition of a lifesaver. Gary is a person who not only met, but also exceeded my expectations as an attorney. I am enlisted active duty Air Force and was put in a situation where I was facing nine charges with one of them being a felony. I was looking at a LONG time in prison for the crimes that I had unwillingly committed. There was very little evidence proving that I was not in the right state of mind when the crimes were committed and even the judge said this was a hard case, but Gary was able to use what we had and convince the judge that I was not at fault. This case came out with outstanding results. No Jail time, little community service, and no supervision from the law after my community service is done. Most importantly is I will be able to remain in the military and serve my country. Thank you so much Gary for everything that you do.
