Took a while to receive funds, However , Mr. Gaines did get me back what he promised. Negotiated to the best of his abilities and when he could, he called back to ease my concerns. Staff was also are nice. Appreciate everything!

This is my second case Richin and Gaines has handled and both experiences have been phenomenal . Mr. Gaines and his staff (Ms. Lewis and Eva) were supportive and professional every step of the way. Mr. Gaines does his best to make sure that you fairly compensated. I highly recommend this firm.
