Mr. Valario III (the son) is one of the best criminal lawyers in the MARYLAND. What can I say, he doesn’t sugarcoat your charges at all. Keeps it 100% I have used his services several times for my son and we have developed a love hate what he says relationship!!!..lol. He knows the justice system it’s his passion to do great work and I applaud and appreciate him.

By far the worst lawyer I’ve dealt with on a professional level. I personally would give him zero stars. Have tried to change lawyers but was told by him I couldn’t do so only to find out there were several ways to do it. Every time we we went to court he always told me to agree with what the courts say. He even went as far as making me miss a court date, which I was never informed about (got that info from the defendant who was my baby mother). Took two years to even get a response from him and still didn’t provide the proper assistance (have texts messages showing where he never responded). Tried letting him redeem himself about a month ago and still can’t get any help. All he wants is your money and doesn’t want to give it back. Should NEVER be allowed to represent any one because I personally think he is a scammer. Every time I call he’s “in court and will call me back,” but never return calls. He plays this role like he really cares but his s actions prove otherwise. I even went as far as him being a racist but I don’t have a lot of background on him. At this point all I want is my money back to seek better counsel and he doesn’t want to give it back, AT ALL! Will be filing a grievance by the end of the week if I don’t get my paperwork or my money by Thursday, March 29, 2018.

Great attorney...very well respected in PG county!!! Never plea in PG and with Mr Velario it's normally a dismissal in your favor!!! None better.
