Was fortunate to use Blue Note for a recent real estate transaction. By far the smoothest process I've experienced. Fantastic communication from start to finish, kept me 100% informed as to status, and the actual process of signing was by FAR the smoothest I've seen, taking under 20 minutes while never feeling rushed at all.

We had a great experience working with Blue Note Title as first-time homebuyers. They shared all the steps, provided clear instructions, and were very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. We actually first started purchasing a place and then had to cancel during the contingency phase and find a second place, but they dealt with it smoothly. Our final closing meeting was relatively quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Spectacular attention to detail and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently, for a sale that had complex requirements from all sides. Am so pleased with Blue Note Title's efficiency and white glove service and would give them 10 stars if I could.

Jessica and Reina made everything very easy for us on our first experience purchasing a home. Jessica did a fantastic job making sure all the paperwork was in order, and thought of every possible scenario we could encounter and put in place things to keep us safe and help us in the future in the case something came up. They were willing to go above and beyond for each of our transactions and remained incredibly responsive and friendly throughout the process. They even fixed a problem caused by one of the parties in our transaction proactively to make sure our closing would happen on time! So grateful for their work.
