Justin Wallace has been an absolute blessing to my family and I. My parent were involved in an car accident during the height of Covid, June 2020. It was a difficult time for everyone but especially those of us that had elderly parents. My parents vehicle was a total loss, they needed years of physical therapy and psychotherapy. I hire an attorney previously but he was less than adequate, I decided to not put my parents through any additional stress and asked the previous lawyer to recuse himself, I then thought I could negotiate a settlement with the insurance company to no avail, they low balled us and with only three months left in the statue of limitations I felt hopeless. My friend who is a licensed attorney in another state and I started calling any reputable attorneys google could find, they all said no due to the time frame, I felt defeated. We then called the law office of Justin Wallace, to my surprise, we spoke directly to him, he listened to us and was realistic as to what we could expect, he took the case and two months later we accepted an offer for more than double the insurance companies highest offer. Justin and his team worked quickly and diligently to make sure my parents were treated fairly. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend him for all of your legal needs.
