A firm that falls for nothing

My 5 month old daughter and I were in a car accident on Christmas weekend. When I called Gilman and Bedigian, they did not hesitate to take my information and provided me with comfort and ease during the entire process. They gave me guidance on the next steps that would need to be taken and more importantly, how to take care of my family during such a fragile time. I had no idea what to do since our Christmas presents were in the back of the car and we were without a car seat! Gilman and Bedigian got me the results I needed to put this incident behind me. They answered questions via email and calls with immediate response and grace I never had to wonder where we were in the case! Thank you from the bottom of our heart for being there for our family during such a scary time. I will (and have) recommended Gilman and Bedigian for any personal injury and medical malpractice needs!

I was in a car accident in May with myself my mom and my 2 small children. And I called a few firms and then I call Gilman & Bedigian and I was super impressed with how they spoke to me and how they treated me. They are on top of everything and they call me just to see how me and my family are doing! I've never been in an accident before and they have truly helped me through it every step of the way!! They are all very respectful and everyone that has called me has actually listened to me and not just do the, "uh huh" thing that most people do just to get it done and over with!!! My husband and I had an awesome experience with Gilman & Bedigian. My husband was involved in an accident were the other person's insurance denied his claim stating he had contributed to the accident. With the hard work of the amazing staff and the attorney handing our case in court my husband received a verdict stating he was in no way negligent for this accident. Erie had to pay for the claim in the end If you need to be assured your case is being handle properly and the staff always makes you feel you are important and listen, call this firm. I know they will be our attorneys for everything

My experience with Mr. Gilman was incredible. I was injured in a slip and fall accident. All of the Attorneys that I talked to told me I had no case. I met with Charles and explained what had happened. Mr. Gilman knew that the Maryland laws had changed and took on my case. He and his team kept me informed and up to date during the process. He settled the case in what seemed record time. His hard work and knowledge of the law opened a new chapter in my life, living with a permanent disability. I would like to say that the Lawyers and staff were awesome from start to finish at Gilman and Bedigian are the best.. Wasted 6 months with this bunch. They never wanted to see us, just fax us this, fax us that. Never asked us a single question. The only time we got any sort of update is when I would call repeatedly. It ended with a form letter saying they declined the case, with not a single word of explanation.
