Leppler is the BEST! He handled my accident quickly and efficiently. He kept me updated and checked on me constantly throughout the entire process. His turnaround time is the quickest I’ve ever seen. It's so much to say but I will try to keep this short and sweet. John Leppler and Ms. Barbara helped my daughter and I tremendously after our accident in October. The case was a bit complicated but they were always 10 steps ahead of it all. They are very efficient, effective, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, consistent, sincere, and FAST. They always got things done before time and kept us updated to the point that we rarely had any questions. I truly felt like my daughter and I were his only clients (I still do not know how they pull this off but its true). He told me on day one that he would take care every thing and he did just that for us. Everything from start to finish was well above our expectations. Even after my surgery, he personally called my husband to speak to me just to wish me a speedy recovery and although my husband was not his client; he still treated him with so much respect, kindness, and compassion throughout this entire process. He is truly a class act! If I could give 10 stars I would. I definitely know he went above and beyond his job duties. I've laughed, cried, expressed my frustration with the healing process, and everything. He always listened, gave plenty of reassurances, and remained present for us. I was not in the accident but my wife and daughter was and Leppler Injury Law has been a true gift from God. He took care of all of us and he didn't have too. I'm exhausted. Been a long time since I wrote a Google review, and with a new phone. Started writing at a bad time (very late) but was reminded of all the stuff that had happened before, and running off of pure feelings of disgust. Was a long 'review' and long past when Google should've told me I was past the "character limit." I got too far into explaining what happened, your 'clients,' and you all basically using your powers for some bad things. At least I still have saved what I wrote. Stuff like what happened aren't allowed and shouldn't be allowed. By your clients. I suppose just as long as the money is flowing in....
