Mr. Kafka exceeded all my expectations. It is usually uncomfortable situations that have us in need of legal counsel. When you find a lawyer that puts you at ease from the start you know you have found one of the few that truly want to help you. He was very generous with his time and showed a great amount of patience when needed. I admired the way he took time to help me to understand all possible outcomes. He never rushed me when I had a question or concern. He always made himself available to me. I understand the demands and pressure put upon those working in the legal field, however he never faltered even when things got difficult. He did get me the best result that there was and still went above and beyond past that to help me. I can not recommend Mr. Kafka enough. You will be very pleased with all aspects working with him. I wish him nothing but great things.

I wouldn’t refer Susan Green to represent nobody because lack of communication once they received the money they had me waiting around another 2/3 weeks just to cut my check! Pam did do her part with helping me out doing the research on the case & getting my fees drop but she played the 50 behind the scene

Mr. Shimon Kafka isn’t just a lawyer, he’s an advocate. Within days of his services being retained, he visited the detention center my loved one was housed in. He took the time to not only discuss the possible outcomes with my loved one but also with myself & our family. Our day in court was a breeze thanks to him. My loved one received a sentence of a few additional months instead of a sentence of multiple years to be served consecutively, due to Mr. Kafka’s hard work. After court concluded Mr. Kafka not only took the time to explain the judge’s decision, but also made it clear that he could be reached at any time for any reason if we needed more information. Shimon Kafka didn’t see us as another pay day, but as people. He is the only lawyer I will use in the future & the only lawyer I will recommend. Mr. Kafka is as great as they come!
