Richard is by far the best Lawyer I have come across. He took the time with my son to learn about his past and his goals in life. He was upfront and honest and didn’t sugar anything. He went in front of the judge and he did one heck of a job to represent my son
and was able to get my son to come home and have a second chance to live a better life. I thank you Mr. Scott so very much.

Professionally effective.
I obtained the services of Mr Shepard on short notice and within 30 days my case was dismissed. He took care of all relevant work required, even took care of the expungement process - all I had to do was be present in court. All of this coupled with the fact that I wasn't able to produce the retainer fee in one payment (due to my financial situation) and Mr Shepard allowed me to make bi-weekly payments, it delights me to strongly recommend the services of The Law Office of Stephen Shepard to any and all who are in need of Apex representation.

Richard Scott provided the best defense for my friend’s DUI. He was honest about the expectations of the court and confident of how he was going to handle his case. I also like how he was upfront about his fees and he does not nickel and dime you for every phone conversation and email you have with him as some of these other attorneys are known for.
