I was the victim of a consumer fraud case in MD from a car dealership. I found the Whitney Law Firm online and presented my information to them. Dan Jr. contacted me soon after and agreed to represent me. He was always knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with correspondence. He never seemed too busy to answer any questions, and always kept me informed. His persistence and legal action resulted in me receiving a full refund settlement without going to court. I highly recommend the Whitney Firm. I cannot express my level of satisfaction with just 5 stars.

I recently had a dealership sell a used car to my wife and I that had been in a prior accident and it was not disclosed to me even after asking about accidents ! After trying to handle the situation my self to no avail . I contacted Whitney Llp for help . Daniel was professional and truly cares about his clients , he was able to force the dealership to meet my demands .

When we had a problem, we called Dan. Lawsuits and legal problems are stressful and complicated. I had an awesome experience with Daniel Whitney Jr. and his highly successful staff. They took my case and worked it to the fullest. Timely??? Wow!! The speed and the compensation were well above my expectations. I never felt out of the picture was well informed. If you need an attorney to do their job not ignore your calls emails etc. Then Daniel Whitney Jr is the one for you. 2 thumbs up

I had the best experience working with Whitney LLP. Daniel Whitney Jr is knowledgeable, passionate, creative, and was available to answer all my questions. I was nervous to be part of a lawsuit bc my personality is always cutting breaks and giving others the benefit of the doubt. Whitney law office helped me see the responsibility for my case was not my fault; a big step in my personal growth! I contacted Ms. Anderson’s office for representation online through her website. After no one contacted me back, I called to follow up on my request, and the individual who answered apologized as she had not checked the e-mail inbox. I explained my situation to her, and she stated she would pass the information along to Ms. Anderson. I recived a very timely response, the following day, indicating that Ms. Anderson was in the middle of a big case, and would not be able to take on mine.
I apologize for wasting my own time, and hers.
