Gary Bernstein was very good and knowledgeable. He really helped me out in my traffic court case.

Gary Bernstein helped me get my life back on track and went above and beyond the call of duty. He was pleasant and honest and I'm beyond grateful for having the privilege of being his client. He told me what I needed to do and I trusted him. I know I had made mistakes and he was very understanding and not judgmental. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in that my charge was expunged almost immediately. He is a great man who really cares about his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a lawyer.

Having Gary represent me in court for my DUI was one of the greatest blessings of my life! I barely had any money and did not have a job at the time and he worked with me out of the kindness of his heart.He is one of the best lawyers I've ever met and I have lawyers in my family! He knows most if not all the judges in Baltimore county. He is very straightforward, knowledgeable, kind-hearted and he actually cares about his clients. I actually met a couple of other people in the towson area who had Gary represent them in court too and they agreed with me. My case was not a pretty one, and I spoke to another lawyer prior to Gary and they pretty much told me that I should plan on doing some time. Gary, on the other hand, informed me of the charges and time I was facing (not just the DUI) but instead of scaring me away, he quickly and proactively got me into programs, classes, and AA meetings. He prepared me for court and sure enough I walked free that day. Gary actually understands alcoholics..I remember he told me that he actually attends AA meetings once in a while..not because he's an alcoholic but because he wants to understand alcoholics and the program. He wants to help people..not just represent them in court and get paid. There are few lawyers out there like him and I am truly grateful that I found him! Today, I am sober and I live a very happy life and I give a lot of the credit to Gary. He is truly a blessing!

Gary Bernstein was a God send. My business was being threatened over some bogus charges and he represented me. He was there for me every step of the way. He answered any and all of my questions which were many. He calmed me down many times and best of all he won my case. I have the utmost respect for him and would never hesitate to contact him for any reason in the future. The most important thing is I have also told many, many people if they ever need a lawyer he is the man to call. I feel so grateful and lucky that he was on my side. He checked on me and well-being frequently and let me know what was to come so as to not have any surprises. As for these claims of "Arrogance"; no. Arrogance denotes one's ability to boast with no means reinforcing their words. He was confident. He knew the law and knew the circumstances would balance in my favor. His confidence gave me confidence and his expertise as well as tireless effort ensured a successful outcome.

Mr. Bernstein is truly one of a kind. Before picking him I visited with several other lawyers who were already talking about me taking a plea during a consultation . Gary was very straight forward and knowledgeable. I saw some other people said he was arrogant, but I think they confused it for his confidence in what he knows. There were time when I would get impatient with the legal process and he was there to explain the process and help keep me calm. My case ended with a favorable outcome. If you want someone to fight for your rights, look no further than Mr. Bernstein. P.S. If you are reading this Gary, thank you for helping me get my life back.
