I used Jeff to form an LLC and register my business with the state of Maryland. I was very busy with my work schedule so he offered to come to my home to prepare the documents. He is very professional, organized and an overall decent individual. He explained the filing process in full detail and was very patient answering all my questions. Before hiring Jeff I called several other business attorneys. The other lawyers were impatient answering questions, wouldn't disclose an exact figure regarding how much the filing would cost and most never returned my calls. That's why I hired Jeff. He was prompt with returning calls, gave me a fair price for his services and even called me weeks later to verify I received all my business licensing.
