I have to start with the firm is amazing. I brought a new car from a new car dealer. Presented them with their advertisement for the car I wanted, which contained mulitple discounts. I was told that those deals didn't apply to me, yet their own advertising stated otherwise, besides they said that car wasn't available any longer. I found a similar vehicle, same make, model, year, and color that I decided to buy and had a trade in. The bottom line was they used underhanded tactics, manipulated the paperwork, to make it seem that price was what they told me it would be. In fact, it was thounsands far above the MSRP. I didn't realize it, and because of the trade and I had my own financing, I dove away and appeared at my bank the next day. As we prepared the loan documents, I was telling my bank manager, who I've had several loans with about the car that was unavailable, which I had the advertisement for with me. When he looked at it and the paperwork from the dealer, he realized I brought the car than I originally wanted and at price that was higher that the advertisement. I had an out of town family emergency so I needed a vehicle but was sure something could be done to get something back from the deceitful transaction. I was told by family and friends that it couldn't be done, but I searched and prayed anyway. I searched for a lawyer who handled cases that dealt with car dealerships, false advertisement and that Iwouldn't have to pay unless they win. It was a tall order but I found the Whitney Firm. I sent an email and got a response within a day. I was treated as if I had a million dollar law suit not a small issue with being over charged at a car dealership. The ladies that work there were efficient and got all my paperwork to Daniel Whitney Jr., quickly and the next thing you know he was on the phone. He said he'd take the case and file the suit, which I hadn't expected but hoped. He explained the process, time line, and probable outcome, but never asked for a dime. He said in the beginning and many times more, " I work for you," and that he did. Next thing I knew, the car dealership wanted to settle. He asked me what I wanted to do. I told him, he is my counsel, his judgement is fine with me. He said he would like to see if he could get me to the advertised price, I agreed with his wisdom. That difference is exactly what he got me, and they paid his fees. So believe me, it is worth retaining this firm. Everything conveyed is honest and true. They do have your best intrest at the front of all they do and work hard to get you every penny rightfully due. Another word of advice that I will swear by with this firm, listen to them, they know how to handle matters for the best outcome. I wished and prayed and the Whitney Firm made it happen. I hope I never have a legal issue again, but if I do, I know who I am calling immediately. Thanks to everyone that made me so happy, I actually wrote my first ever review.

I recommend Whitney, LLP when you find yourself in a situation when fighting would cost you more than the loss is. I had an issue with a car dealership. They added aftermarket products to my bill without my consent. When I contacted them about the issue, they stopped responding. I contacted Whitney, LLP. Dan Whitney Jr. is amazing! My husband and I purchased a vehicle in November and it broke down on the way home from the dealer and everything kept going downhill from there. We tried to get the issue resolved before my husband deployed overseas but unfortunately that did not happen. January came around and the vehicle was still at the dealer! Hands down the best lawyer in Maryland. I was swindled by a local car dealership a few weeks ago, they upped the price on my vehicle at signing, they didn’t calculate my trade in correctly, and they weren’t willing to be accountable and had over all bad business practices.
