You will not find a better lawyer in all of Maryland then Garrett. He’s 100% knowledgeable of all processes in various legal buckets. He’s a quick study, negotiator, knows how to apply the right tools/tactics at every legal juncture and will not crack or get emotional when he knows he’s right and needs to assist his client/s.
