Called today about a small parking lot fender bender that ended with the other car's occupant exiting their vehicle and committing 2nd degree assault which was captured on video, and the occupant admitted to law enforcement what they did. The receptionist cut me off when I was trying to explain and told me to go through insurance. To which I explained that it's a little more in depth than that and why I wanted to consult with an attorney which is what they offer, free consultations. She then asked some basic questions and said she would submit to the attorney and I would hear back in a few hours. She herself called me back declining to meet with me stating that, "parking lot matters are rarely won in court." I'm sorry, what?!?! Horrible interaction and would not recommend at all. Seek representation elsewhere.
