Engaged in preliminary discussion with Adele for a divorce case against my soon to be ex wife. The consultation felt like I only had her divided attention with her stepping out to take a call ON MY TIME. I’m just really frustrated because of how insignificant I felt my case was to this firm. I understand the importance of finding the right lawyer and if a lawyer doesn’t want my case, they can indicate that in a less condescending manner. Going to keep looking. Edited 8/1: I’m not surprised your firm doesn’t remember me because I’m not one of your high dollar clients. Your actions speak for themselves.

The absolute worst customer service I ever received via telephone I call this office for consultation about my case that I wanted them to handle B.C. someone referred them to me after callin this office 3 times I was hung up on by the receptionist then someone attorney name Jack gets on phone I ask him do he handle my type of cases he says no then slams phone in my ear. Even after callin these people I started to give them a peace of my mind via telephone but nope. So if you have a difficult case don't call these people.
