Horrible. First impressions are everything. Rushed me to "hurry up and explain the problem" didn't listen or care. No help whatsoever. Thankfully another attorney had the time to listen and can actually help!

Well, I wish I read the ratings before I reached out because I experienced the same. She was rude, cut me off while I was speaking without even listening to the story. Funny how other lawyers are willing to help since they actually heard me but she actually told me to go & request a resolution for the issue myself…..That defeats the purpose of hiring an attorney. Too bad, I have a case & if you would’ve listened to me. Edit after your comment You probably don’t have any record because you were SOOO dismissive in helping me. It’s ok I was willing to pay a lawyer to help me (hence contacting you) I got one from legal aid instead who’s actually helping me.

Justin was very thorough through my case. He explained every step/things that will happen and what to do. He treated me with care and professionalism. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication that he presented.

Kathleen was everything we prayed for and more. My brother was facing a particularly cruel case and Kathleen was compassionate, patient, and thorough. She continued to assist us throughout the whole process, even after her representation ended. She simply cares, and it shows. We are so grateful to have found her during such a difficult time🤍

No help at all. NO, you actually did NOT help me I'm still going through the same problem. I'm guessing because my case wasn't class action "enough money" you wasn't willing to help me. If you have since changed your position on the matter I'm still in need of help. Be sure to post your response to this post also.

She deserves ZERO stars. I wouldn’t use her for ANY legal matters. She didn’t take the time to merely hear my concerns about my case, she cut me off multiple times, lacked empathy, was very rushed while communicating and just over terrible customer service. If I ever had to hire someone for any legal matter she wouldn’t make it on the list.. not even last.
