Worst lawyer

Kathleen helped review my severance agreement while providing me with excellent future advice. She offered to review my documents even before our first meeting where most other attorneys wanted a downpayment fee before they would even look at anything. The price was appropriate and Kathleen provided me with many helpful changes to the agreement and future advice. If you want honest help Kathleen is excellent!

I did extensive research before hiring her and most of the feedback I got was positive so I decided to move forward with her. My first visit was absolutely horrendous. She is only interested in cases in where she can make a lot of money i.e sexual harassment, racial/age/sex discrimination. If she does take your case, and it doesn't fall in the previously mentioned categories, get ready to pay her for every millisecond she spends on it. I later bumped into a colleague of hers at a social event and was told that K. Cahill has a reputation of thinking of clients as her own private ATMs. I wish I had spoken to this person before I spent thousands of dollars for legal service I could have gotten from the legal depot for $9.99.

Cahill refused to even talk to me during a time when I was emotionally distraught and wronged by my employer..something she's supposed to specialize in. She had her assistant leave a voicemail that she was too busy to take on my case..before she even spoke to me. Funny..she had just given my friend free advice but she's too busy ? She's one of those attorneys who cares about money and not helping the people who need it most. Such a disappointment to the legal world!
