Let me start by saying, I’ve not had to use many lawyers in my life, so I am very cautious about calling just anyone. That being said, Kevin far exceeded all my expectations in the guidance he provided, his knowledge of the law, and my personal rights. If I am in need of legal expertise again, he is the first person I would call - Kevin is an essential and valuable part of the community he serves. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and well seasoned professional to have on your side.

Ms. Cohen and all her employees at the law firm were exceptionally good, knowledgeable and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. I didn’t feel like just another client I felt like I was apart of a family there. A few times I felt overwhelmed and wanted to give up but Ms. Cohen and Christina encouraged me and held my hand through the process. Marshall Henslee will for ever be the lawyer I trust when bad things happen. Sometimes we make mistakes and judges and courts want you to pay dearly for the mistakes you have made. Other lawyers want lots of money for bare minimum efforts to handle your case. Sometimes other lawyers look at you the way a prosecutor would. Believe me I know. Marshall trys to understand you and your situation completely. When he is working on a case. He will try every avenue, angle or method until the outcome desired is achieved. The fact that he he cares to understand you as a client is huge in itself. He also understands everyone makes mistakes and doesn't judge...in fact he trys to understand the reasons behind what happen which helps his ability when trying your case in court. I've seen the lawyers that go to court. When you go to court with marshall...you feel protected....you feel like you have someone substantial with you...he is well respected and well known in balto County and balto city and harford county. I Myself have been in trouble several times throughout the last 10 years. I'm not a bad guy I just would always find myself in situations that got out of hand. Marshall has honestly gotten me out of so much trouble...understatement....I've faced some really harsh consequences...but Marshall is a beast. I'm telling you...I don't think any other lawyers in the area can compare... Marshall will go down swinging for his clients please trust me this man saved me SEVERAL times. The last case he did for me...I was fighting a 5 year mandatory prison sentance....the case was going on For 3 Years! They did not want to budge off of 5 years! I have a company and a well established life...but the judges and prosecutors don't care about your life...hell some lawyers dont...they just want money. Marshall fought and fought and fought. Motions. Postponements. Research. Questions. Aggression. Trial posture. You have no idea....we settled the case with no jail time. I have a lengthy record but my life is so much different today then who I was in my 20s. The only difference is. I didn't spend majority of my life trying to straighten myself up in prison. Truth be told, this is the best lawyer anyone can ever get for themselves. I got pulled over by two cops and was given a long list of paperwork and had to go to court. I thought my life was over till I found Mr.Kevin Carr. First time speaking to him he reassured me that everything will be alright and I shouldn’t worry about a thing and HE WAS RIGHT! He kept in touch with me and he’s so cool lmaoo I was happy to be working with him. Fast forward to the day of court, I was nervous ofc but he walked me through the whole process and explained everything I didn’t understand. Everything I mean everything was dropped and I was so thankful because if I didn’t find him I would’ve had to pay a huge sum of money and still get convicted. Mr.Kevin is the truth and I would recommend him to anyone that needs legal services. This is my lawyer from now on!
