I had to appear in court in Baltimore county. I wasn't familiar with any lawyers, reached out to William Stavros after reading about his practice on his website. I reached out to Mr Stavros and left a message. I was very relieved when he called me back later on the same day. I explained to him my situation and expressed my concerns about the charges. He then explained to me what the charges meant and for the first time since I was charged I felt like I would be able to be represented successfully. Mr Stavros advised me on what I should do to gather background information before I even met him face to face or provided him a deposit. He knows the law and was straight forward, honest and did not sugar coat anything. He advised on me taking some actions before the trial that could put me in a better light in the eyes of the prosecutor and judge. Stay away from these guys. Attorney Jason Silverstiein from this firm represented me in a trivial hearing that only took 30 minutes for $1,250. He refused to do the follow-up sessions although he had stated that the fee covers the whole case, including any possible follow-ups.
