Mr. Eidelberg previously represented my wife in a personal injury case, and we both found him to be knowledgeable, insightful, patient, and professional. So, when I was the victim of pharmacy negligence, and I did not know what to do, I of course reached out to Mr. Eidelberg.
Though this situation was vastly different from what my wife experienced, Mr. Eidelberg was the same insightful, patient, and very thorough attorney. He communicated clearly with us at every step, ensuring that we understood all aspects of this situation, explaining his strategy, and discussing all options available. His advice and insight was invaluable. In the end, I felt very secure leaving the situation in Mr. Eidelberg’s hands. That trust paid off, literally, as he pursued – and obtained – a greater settlement than any of us had thought possible in this situation.
I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Eidelberg, and thoroughly encourage anyone in need of legal advice to reach out to him.

I am not from Maryland and I was in an bad accident a few months back and I was at fault technically. The state trooper somehow managed to send my citation information to my previous address. By the time I came to know that I had a citation(since nothing was handed to me on the spot) my DL had be suspended by my home state. I panicked for sure, since I just had a letter from dmv saying my license is suspended and had no ticket information. I wanted to find my options and see if there is someway I can get out of the situation.
I tried reaching out different lawyers to understand what is their opinion. I like making decision based on fair information and after considering all factors.
My experience after talking to different lawyers were the following:
1.One said pay the fees after that we will look into it. The firm website mentions they handle such cases but he didn't sound as if they do(the dude was seriously in bad mood or had a bad day)
2.There were other couple of lawyers with whom when I spoke were very courteous and clearly stated that they can file a motion to get the fine reduced but it is more economical to pay the ticket.
3.One lawyer gave me an appointment for phone call and when I called he said "I have a court appearance and your options are to pay or file a motion (he didn't even hear out the whole thing). if you want to discuss further hire me and he hung-up. He gave an appointment he should have known he wont have time at that point of the day.
When I spoke to Mr. Lee he spend his time hearing me out, didn't rush me, tried to calm me down and shared his thoughts. He was the only lawyer who was even positive about the trial and thought we can give it a try and have a chance. He was the most professional lawyer I spoke to and I did look into a few ( as stated above). His fees is higher than other lawyers but it is worth it.
Why I hired him:
1. Positive attitude
2.Only lawyer who gave hope and didn't talk only about fine reduction even before going to court(there are always possibility of more than one outcome)
3. Not in a rush and didn't make me feel he is "too busy" to handle my case.
4. Quick responses to emails. I had to talk to him only once over phone.
Once he was on the case I didn't have to think about it and he followed-up as per need. Honestly I forgot about the case date until I received a mail from him on the morning of the trial.
Don't let the charges discourage you. I hope I never need his service in future but if ever required I would hire him without a second thought.
