Very honest with me everything he said I needed to do to be b successful had worked. Even though I have a handful he has never let me down

Mr. Scott seems to continue to amaze me I needed some information about a case I had back in December and decided to call today it was 4:30 in the afternoon thinking I was going to have to leave a message when I was truly surprised to hear him pick up and was able to get the information I was looking for. Give him a chance you can't go wrong.

I was driving with no insurance, than I hit someone. I had some jail time charges. I missed my court date. Mr. Scott handle everything. He got the jail time charges remove. None of this is on my driving record. All I had to pay to the District Court was $275. Mr. Scott is great!!!! If you need a lawyer please use Mr. Richard Scott, he will give you a GREAT outcome.

Richard Scott helped my Father out of a potentially detrimental life altering situation. He handled the case with implicit professionalism and self control. I watched in amazement as he maneuvered through some of the most difficult of interactions with expertise and skill, resulting in a total triumph for my Father. I have as well, had to turn to him for legal advise only to have him put my mind at ease with sound legal guidance. i recommend him highly to anyone in need of good counsel, as he is by far the best and most highly capable Lawyer that I have encountered in years.

Mr.Scott was great. He gave me a free consultation and assure me that my case was going to be and easy win. He was punctual even though his wife had recently given birth. Very attentive to my concerns before the trial. Easy to work with and the price was affordable.

I just want to say that Mr. Scott is literally the best lawyer I’ve seen and EVER worked with! He handled our case with ease and kept us sane during the entire process. My family hired Mr. Scott for my DUI because of his experience! He kept me informed every step of the way! I just saw a negative post and I think THEY made a terrible mistake! Mr. Scott explained he often doesn't file discovery in advance because if he did, and we landed a bad judge, he wouldn't have a reason for a postponement. That is EXACTLY what happened in my case on the first court date, and it worked!!! Then, he filed all motions since at that point he was in the case. We went to trial the second time, and he got a NOT GUILTY on all counts and now I am not banned from my dream of entering the military!!!! It sounds like the other lawyer who replaced him the day before court did EXACTLY what Mr. Scott planned to do! and he did it with 1 day to court so he OBVIOUSLY didn't have the discovery either - which also shows Mr. Scott was right!!! Except, since that person panicked the day before court, and didn't let him do his job, he ended up having to hire TWO lawyers and wasted his money!!! He should've trusted Mr. Scott like I did!!!!!!!

All I can say is that Mr. Scott is an excellent attorney. He speaks highly on the behalf of his clients and he is professional at all times. I hired him for my son's MVA hearing and through the grace of God my son just ended up with a reprimand instead of loosing his license. I wished my son could have knew about Mr. Scott in the past so that he could have used him for his other cases. I must say me and my son both was very impressed and extremely happy with the outcome of the case. Thank you Mr. Scott. Your the best!!!!
