Mr. Scott is an awesome lawyer! Very charismatic & professional! I was facing charges of 1 year in jail, $1000 fine & 5 points to my driving record. Mr. Scott was able to get the charges dropped. I didn’t have to pay a $1000 fine, & there are no points to my driving record. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my case.
Mr. Scott is very friendly & easy to talk to & work with. I highly recommend him! If you’re thinking about hiring him, do it! You will definitely be happy you did!

This lawyer is about his business . His demeanor is very sympathetic but everything is authentic with him . I had 2 previous dui cases ..he represented me on my 3rd one ..and I walked away with just a red light fine . Just awesome . He also will advise you going forward . If would recommend him to all the people I care about because I know they would be in great hands

If you are looking for a pitbull to defend you, this isn't the guy. In addition to his passive representation style, he was also difficult to contact. I will never use he again and I cannot recommend him.

I was in need of a attorney, called Richard Scott’s office and he talked to me over the phone. Set a meeting for the NEXT DAY and Mr Scott was able to resolve my issue that day!!!! When I asked what I owed Mr Scott said nothing….. the service was first class… Mr Scott was engaged in my issue and had all the answers… best lawyer I have ever used. I strongly recommend Mr Scott if you are in need of council. Thank you Mr Scott.

I contacted a lawer who advised me to plead guilty, appologize & ask for probation. That terrified me like you can't understand! I never ever want to have a stain on my record (big or small) I cried a lot, prayed a lot, then I contacted Richard Scott. He assured me my case would be dismissed. I didn't do or say anything but within 1 minute of being in that courtroom my case was indeed, summarily dismissed. I'm greatful to this lawer & to God almighty🙏🏾
