My experience was horrible. Tom was not helpful at all for 18 mos he dragged his feet. My husband left me with nothing but DEBT. I had difficulty paying the fees but instead of trying to get the case done so he could get paid MY LAWYER watched me financially struggle while my husband paid no support. I struggled, couldn't work, etc, faced eviction and he dragged his feet. He rarely returned calls or responded to emails. When I finally spoke with him today he gave me the same status updatefeom a month ago. HE HADN'T DONE ANYTHING. I INFORMED HIM THAT OTHER LAWYERS OFFERED TO TAKE THEIR FEE OUT OF THE SETTLEMENT. HIS RESPONSE WAS "GET ANOTHER LAWYER". The lack of professionalism is beyond comprehension. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I want this to be over. As far as his response, of course he wont take any responsibility. What advice? None was given. He never did anything between phone calls. The wrong paperwork was initially filed while which caused the case to drag on as well. He simply didn't fight fo me. PERIOD SMH.

I hired Mr.Mallon for my CINA case and my child custody case and I am not very happy of the out come!! First Mr.Mallon was well aware that he would have to file to intervene in the Cina case which is “child in need assistance” he never did so the postponement he requested was denied and the child was removed that day from my household which after having him for 15 months and paying him to represent me was totally upsetting, then another case came up he did log on but was told he was denied and to exit the zoom hearing. I just not happy at all the father of the child signed his legal rights over to me and I would think I would receive a court date to appear in front of a judge and that never happened, all the paper work Mr.Mallon received it was from me and I handed him all copies that I did so he wouldn’t charge me for his service to get arrive in his office today to receive the remainder of my detainer which he has done hardly any work to find out he took most of my detainer deposit and never gave me a break down of all his time and fees he put into my case which wasn’t much because I provided everything for him and when I texted him for a copy he never responded!! So looks like I will be filing a small claims case tomorrow at district court!! So said I never thought he was this type of person after giving him a chance when they removed the baby from my residence to find out he took most of my retainer!!!

Mr Thomas Mallon was very professional and responsive when I would have any questions with my divorce! He helped me thru my whole divorce process and was very helpful and I highly recommend him if you need a good divorce attorney! We were able to reach a settlement in my divorce and I can't thank you enough Mr. Mallon! Will recommend him if anyone I personally know is looking for a good divorce attorney, thank you again!
