I had a great experience with Virginia. I first contacted her in regards to a divorce when I was at my wits- end. I had attempted to divorce my abusive (NOW!) ex husband twice before on my own and both times I failed. It was just two much while I was juggling caring for my four kids. Hiring Virginia was truly the best thing I could have ever done. The conversations were open and I felt heard when I shared my situation and what I hoped the outcome to be. What I appreciated most was that she’d give me advice but made it clear the choice was ultimately my decision- I wasn’t just along for the ride. She explained the processes and kept me informed throughout the entire process and we ended up with the justice and judgment I deserved. Thank you, Virginia!

Ms. Yeoman was kind, understanding, and helpful at navigating my difficult process. She was always very quick to answer e-mails. She put in extra time in some instances. She was honest about her opinions and recommendations, not being too pessimistic nor too optimistic, and did not pressure me to make certain decisions. I especially appreciate that she wanted to take the high road and not play legal games to drag things out or to demonize the other party. Legal fees for anyone are extremely expensive, but Ms. Yeoman was very fair in her charges, and all charges were clearly recorded.

Virginia was a wonderful lawyer who helped my divorce go through as smoothly as possible. Her professionalism and experience was clear from the very first day she started working on my case. I cannot express enough how happy I was with her service. Since I am in the military, I had a very difficult schedule to work with but she accommodated my every need. I would recommend her to anyone in the military, or not, who needs a good lawyer that always has your back and will get results.

With that being said, I thank God that I found Virginia Yeoman! I was so stressed and scared, with a million and one questions. I definitely didn't understand the whole defacto parenting with a person who is NOT the biological father of my child. Because I was not raised that way at all. I had to go through a whole custody case for my child I gave birth too. With the help and fight that Virginia Yeoman had for my case, I greatly appreciate the outcome. Thanks again Virginia.

Going through a divorce and a child custody case is potentially the one of the most stressful times in someone’s life. There is so much at stake and having the right lawyer to guide me through the process made it so much easier. Virginia was always very responsive if I had any questions and would return my calls or emails right away. Virginia also was able to help me navigate through the process and give me great advice on what my options were and was honest with me if my expectations weren’t reasonable. I felt that was very important as I did not have any knowledge of the process beforehand. I definitely would recommend Virginia to anyone who is in the process of getting a divorce or going through a difficult child custody case.

Virginia is everything you need in a family lawyer. There wasn't one thing that she wasn't able to handle in one way or another and consistently went above and beyond for me during my case. Without her confidence in knowing how to handle every twist and turn I don't think I would have ended up in a positive situation. Her calm demeanor is an absolute godsend during family court issues that are often wrought with high emotions and she uses that to her advantage, as her ability to remain emotionally neutral when dealing with people outside of attorney-client privilege was invaluable. Virginia fights for you and what you want while also being a voice of reason in times when you need it most. I'll never forget what she helped me get through and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone going to family court.
