Called to seek advice regarding a car accident where the person stopped abruptly on the highway and I hit them after slamming on my brakes. The person I spoke to called the attorney, while in route to the office, and I was told that I would likely be seen as fault and to find another attorney. The very next day the insurance company of the person I hit, sent me notice to file my not at fault claim for medical compensation.
