They are great for the help if you use them. But if you have to do a payment plan and decide to cancel or use someone else they keep half to 3/4 of what you have paid in. If they stop stealing money from people I would give a better rating

Very dissatisfied with the distasteful “sales” tactics if you aren't ready to retain them on the day of your consultation they will hit you with a “one-time offer” tactic! I did not appreciate him being misleading about what the full cost of filing chapter 13 would entail going from 500-6000 I do understand cost is associated with everything but for him to say “I thought you knew about the fee” when I caught him being dishonest was extremely frustrating for me! I was actually going to retain them until he pulled a stunt thinking I wouldn't ask for the entire document I was signing. Go with a more trusting law firm! I was already leery entering that office looked very ran down, and unkept.

I highly recommend Mr. Grafton for your bankruptcy needs. Every stage/part of the process was thoroughly explained and managed as well. There was constant communication from him and the firm regarding updates, payment receipts, court information, etc. Also, there are no hidden fees or costs along the way. I picked them because they gave a professional appearance online. The staff is always polite & efficient. Compared to competitors, they're great. I had a ridiculous experience trying to even get a consultation from other attorneys. This firm let me set one up online easily. Any time I have a question, they answer it promptly. I'm so glad I found them.
