My wife and I signed a contract that was real estate related. It was supposedly "Iron Clad" and couldn't be altered or negotiated. The firm who we contracted took several actions, and made decisons for us that were not to our liking and were in breach of the contract. Mr. Azrael listened to all the facts, asked the right questions, asked for specific documents, and began the process of getting us released from the contract. The release would mean a great deal to us financially and emotionally. Within several weeks, Mr. Azrael got us released from the contract. He was calm, very experienced in dealing with cases involving real estate contracts, and he negotiated in an extremely professional manner. We couldn't be more relieved and delighted to have had Mr. Azrael as our lawyer.
