DON'T Hire Jerry Tarud I paid him $2500 for a gun possession case he didn't fight for me actually he kept trying to convince me that I would lose if I took my case to trial. There were all kinds of loop holes that I pointed out he just repeated I think you lose at trial I agreed to a guilty plea when he basically said I would do 5yrs if I lost at trial when I think back him and the prosecutor were way too friendly and I can tell he did her a favor for a favor you know like(if I let you win this case you owe me in the future. I'm gonna see if I can find out that this is definitely what happened andhopefully
