Dealing with HOA fees owed (so I see in other reviews with similar experiences, so no wonder these people are miserable). Lied about offering me a payment plan, all my letters state the payment must be received in FULL but yet now that the balance is astronomical they offer a payment plan. Both the women in the office have vile attitudes while lying about Richard Drury not being available to speak. Richard Drury himself only further the lies and nasty attitude. Stay away from these people. They don’t care about anything except money.

Alex is one great lawyer and person. Helped me an my family through the entire estate settlement with expertise and kindness. Thanks again Alex!

I was dealing with HOA fee owed. My biggest issue is that they lied about serving me. The ethics of Richard Drury is awful. I will be contacting the Bar association. The description of me was in a huge difference. It’s no way I can shrink and I was not 150 and 200 lbs is a huge difference. Additionally I was not residing at the address they claimed to have served me at. I was at work additionally at the time they claimed to have served me. I plan to keep fighting this issue. Anyone that was not served but an judgement was entered against you and you were not aware please reach out to me. Everyone needs to come forward so something can be done about this law firm

The office staff was responsive and helpful with an issue dealing with my HOA. I mostly dealt with Crystal and Sarah and both were personable, easy to speak with, and professional.

Horrific turnaround times for anything. They must have 1 person on staff the entire time, since it takes weeks to get any kind of response from these guys.

Excellent attorneys and staff. Very understanding and professional. Helped me and explained everything. So worth it to call them to discuss my situation and far better than the dealing with the complex.

Horrible human beings. Stay far away. No compassion for human life.
