Very nice and professional

I feel this attorneys office has only gone after me for hoa fees that were court ordered for my ex hubby to pay. In 2013 I was arrested and now my bank account has been frozen. I feel like this in a case of good ole boys network since my ex was a hometown athlete. I paid an attorney for my divorce only to realize a court order means nothing

I would give this office 0 stars (Google's lowest possible rating is 1 star), but since that's not feasible it's best I write this review. The staff does not return calls as promised, is useless and does not communicate effectively when you do speak with someone. I seriously question the legality of their practices and their ethics. I would highly caution anyone who has to do business with them to steer clear. If I wasn't forced to deal with them directly, I would have done the same.

Had a very poor experience dealing with this office and the attorney Richard Drury. I am a real estate broker and represented a bank who owns a property in a Home Owners Association. Because the previous owner hadn't paid fees for a while, the account was referred to this law firm. I followed their instructions to get a pay off on the account and followed up at least 7 times for over a month and they kept telling me they were working on it. They pretty much blew me off. Poor attitude and bad service. If you are an HOA or an HOA management company take your business elsewhere.

I found Alex McMullen to be both professional and caring with regards to my issue. He is a honest, straight forward Attorney who actually cared about the outcome of my case, not just about his fee. He follows up during and after the process. I would highly recommend Alex and his firm.
