I've used this lawyer 3 or more times and every last time Upper Marlboro and Baltimore County dismissed my cases. He's one of the best lawyers in Upper Marlboro. My last case was a probation violation and he worked his magic, both cases were dismissed to include all monetary fines. I'm a free man thanks to Mr. John J. Pikulski, IV esq.
