I see that there is another attorney with a very similar name however, that lawyer is NOT Benjamin Evan out of Prince Georges County Md. I would hate for anyone to get the 2 confused especially since the other attorney is out of a totally different state. Attorney Benjamin Evan is an awesome lawyer and his credentials speak for itself. Even in saying that in MY experience with him he is very professional, strategic, detail oriented, down to earth and easy to work with. I was throroughly impressed with his prompt response as he returns calls quicker than one can imagine.Attorney Evan's work ethic was impressive and he comes highly recommended.

I hired John for a criminal case and he was GREAT!!!! From the first call I made to him to for consult to the end of the case the whole process was amazing. When I called to make an apt John answered the phone no call center or operator but the lawyer himself. During that first call he answered every single question that I had and not once did I ever feel rushed I felt more at ease that everything would be okay. I knew I wanted him to take my case. The price he quoted me for the case was affordable and decent. I am a worrier and every time I called John he was available to answer any question even the silly ones.
