Great guy. Kept me informed throughout the whole process

I was in a car accident last year where I received an injury that required me to miss work, and exacerbated a previous issue that went from an occasional annoyance to a daily problem. Allstate made me an offer that didn't even cover the days I missed from work. The best decision I made, post accident, was to discontinue communication with Allstate and to hire Ben to represent me. I found him and his staff to be friendly, professional, and effective. If I ever find myself in a similar situation, I will 100% hire Ben again to force the insurance company to treat me fairly.
