AS BUSY AS HE WAS HE ALWAYS MADE TIME FOR ONE ON ONE CONFERENCES TO STRATEGIZE AS THE NUMEROUS COURT DATES OCCURRED. WITH A UP HILL BATTLE THAT WAS A FATHER IN FAMILY COURT HE DID MORE THAN WHAT WAS REQUIRED IN A BIAS SYSTEM TO SAY THE LEASE. HE LITIGATED FOR A STRAIGHT 5 HOURS IN THE COURT ROOM AFTHE WAS AFTER PRE TRAIL NEGOTIATIONS. I WORKED WITH THIS GENTLEMAN FOR NEARLY A YEAR. FIRST, THE EFFORT PUT FORTH WAS OUTSTANDING AND I LEARNED HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND HE COULDN'T HAVE DONE ANYMORE. WITH A MY BIAS IN THE COURTS HE STOOD TALL AND A PUT FORTH A MANY FIRM LEGAL ARGUMENTS TO PUT US IN THE BEST POSITION TO WIN. FROM THE WORK THAT HE CONTRIBUTED PUT ME IN A GOOD SITUATION MOVING FORWARD FOR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING I MAY ADDRESS IN THE FUTURE.

Attorney Hearns represented me in a child custody case, with a favorable outcome on my behalf. Though every case is different, an attorney should always keep their client involved in how their case is unfolding. I can't say he did just that. There were a lot of unanswered questions that I thought would have been key in really fighting for me to get most of what I wanted, sole custody and a decent child support pay. Nonetheless, because of major loopholes during litigation, I'm back in court again with my ex for modification of custody and child support. I would not recommend this attorney.
