I was referred to this office by my coworker. I was in a car accident in August. I spoke with Sherri Southern in regards to my accident. I explained to her the reasoning of my 2 day gap from seeing a DR due to my back & neck pain. I was in a car accident around the time monkey pox, RSV, & of course COVID was going around. I am a single mother & did not want to take my young children to the hospital. I made an appointment for Monday while they was in school to see my physician. My physician referred me to see a PT. I started treatment in September because that’s what was available from Kaiser. This was all explained to Sherri. She had me on a brief hold & said Castro would represent me in this case. I had to fill out paperwork that she sent to me, along with send pictures from the accident. The paperwork was filled out. No one communicated with me. I had followed up with a call & she said I don’t remember talking to you. Very unprofessional for one. She put me on hold & came back to the phone apologetic because she accidentally skipped over my email. She then said she would have talk to Castro again and give me a call back. A call back never happened. Instead I received a email and a text stating their law firm could not represent me due to the 2 day lapse without seeing a DR. This was after Sherri told me Castro could represent me. I could’ve searched other law firms if this was explained to me when I initially called. Also, I find that crazy because the accident happened at night. Some people don’t feel the effects from an accident until they let their body rest & wake up. This was exact my case. My normal law firm is in silver springs, however Castro firm was closer. I wanted to give them a try, however I should’ve went to my initial law firm. The text stating I should use a Virginia law firm since the accident happened there & Castro would not represent was also unprofessional. There’s no reason for a business to text anyone’s phone. If you need to follow up from an email, give that person a phone call. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I don’t understand how they have so many good reviews.

Rob Castro handled my case several years ago, his office is professional. My friend Sherri Siuthern works there as a Personal Injury paralegal and says it's a great place to work.

despite the conditions we are experiencing due to the covid. they tried very hard to help me and everything was a success, I got good attention and the best thing I always got was help in my own language!! I will look for them again if I need them.
