My wife and I had a very big vehicle accident this year 2024 and she get the worst of it. Our SUV was totalled, both air bags deployed. We were rushed to the nearest hospital emergency room. They check us up, CT scan and all. I did not have any fractured bones but my wife had multiple fractured ribs, sternum and part of her spine. I was released from the hospital but they had to rushed my wife to the trauma center in Washington DC to the George Washington University hospital center. She was admitted to the ICU for two days and a day in a regular room. We took her home but she was still in excruciating pain even with three high performance prescribe pain medication plus oxycodone. I went online to look for a personal injury lawyer in our area. I found Robert R. Castro law firm in Waldorf Maryland. He has excellent reviews. I called him and he came to our house. He explained to us the intricate details when getting a lawyer in cases like ours. A lot of information was relayed to us. One very important detail that most people are not aware about. When you sue and get a monetary settlement from your case, Medicare and other medical insurance that paid for your medical bills wants their money back from your settlement funds. The party at fault of our accident was under insured. Thank God out of the kindness of Robert R. Castro took our case. My wife's hospital and medical bills exceeded the amount of the insurance coverage of the party at fault. That's why I am recommending Robert R. Castro law firm to anyone who needs a good and down to earth lawyer. He was able to get us some money even though the party at fault insurance coverage is not enough to cover my wife's medical bills.
