When I called this office, I was surprised to speak to and hold a conversation with a real person, and not a recording or a busy secretary who was going to place me hold and/or take my information and “call me back.” The young lady, India, was very polite, informative, and professional, and made sure that all of my questions were answered from the very beginning! She never made me feel like a number or like it was just for the money! AND THEN my attorney was THE EXACT SAME WAY! He retained the all of the information I gave him, he was friendly and professional, and was punctual. I NEVER had to call him to retrieve information about my case! He or India kept me updated the entire time! They made me feel like they WANTED to help. It was a very different, positive experience for me! I am so grateful! Everything went smooth and and easy for me! I’d highly recommend their services!
