I searched for an attorney to assist me with my custody case and was referred to Brooke O'Connell. This was all new to me and as you can imagine, very stressful and nerve wracking. Brooke was with me through every step of the way- the case was long, tedious, and complicated, but she sifted through every detail and remained organized and patient. She was my biggest advocate and I truly felt her in my corner. When you hire someone to fight a battle involving your biggest prized possession, it is important to have a great amount of trust. It was very quickly my trust was built with Brooke and felt at ease during extremely challenging times. She explained everything to me and was on top of EVERYTHING. She was prepared with every detail, and I was confident she knew my case front to back. During trial, she remained confident and organized- you could tell she had a good reputation within the court room and quickly stole the show. She was matter of fact and walked me through the entire day, allowing me to speak with confidence. My case concluded, and with no surprise, I came out on top. Professionalism from the Top Down After my accident, I knew I had to contact an attorney so that the insurance companies would not get away with low balling me on my injury claims. I looked online for a good attorney and came across the Law Office of Robert Castro; which already had glowing reviews. When I entered their offices, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like my issue was important. I talked to Robert Castro himself on the same day! Although there is a standard that attorneys typically follow in regard to taking a cut from money recovered from the insurance company; Castro was willing to negotiate. From day one, Castro began giving me amazing legal advice on what actions I needed to take (as far as recovering from my injury), and also clearly explained what they would be doing on their end to help. Let me give '6 stars' out of 5 for the Paralegal assigned to my case. Angel was amazing, and a testament to the truly professional culture that permeates from this business. As a former Paralegal myself, Angel was everything that you need from a Paralegal within a law office. She is an expert in customer service, a subject matter expert in personal injury, and a rather hard charging individual. Any time I called, if she was busy, she made a point to call me back as soon as possible. When we talked, sometimes we just talked. She was very relatable and just overall a great person. My case was not an open and shut type of case, and Castro took time out of his busy schedule to personally contact me and discuss my options. He gave me very detailed and realistic expectations depending on how I wanted to handle my case. He seems to always be ready to fight for you no matter what! I highly recommend anyone who has suffered an injury due to an accident created by another driver to contact Castro immediately after you contact first responders. Let him and his fantastic team work for you! You have enough to worry about. And trust me! You will not regret it!
