After speaking with Ms. Jean about my accident case, she explained to me that my case was never ignored and I realized I completely misunderstood what she was explaining to me at that time. Ms. Jean definitely makes me feel like my case is being handled in a professional manner. She is the only person that actually made me feel like my case was important.

I will give you this advice. Don't stress , just let Fred handle it!! I couldn't have walked away from this experience happier. He has my highest recommendation and confidence.

I met Lauren with my Husband, regarding our car accident with our son, She is amazing, the only thing I would say I have concern is understanding if there's an update about our case, I dont expect someone will call me every week to keep us posted but hoping for someone to at least call, Like this is what we need or waiting on. I have to call the office few times and speak with Allison who handles to collect our documents( I guess). In the beginning, I have to talk Lauren to get an update who by the way answers my phone call all the time, but overall this rating is for Lauren White.

I interviewed many lawyers before I was referred to Brooke. Upon meeting her she was so sweet and amazing and really listened to me. She is thoughtful, compassionate and knows her stuff. She handled my case and prepared me for every possible outcome that could happen while also letting me know that everything would be fine. Any questions that I had asked via e-mail or phone call were promptly answered and she always kept me in the loop about what was happening. She made sure that I was completely prepared for every court date. When we went to court, she fought for me. She always goes above and beyond and gives great guidance and direction.

My experience with this firm was nothing but a blessing in disguise. An ufortunate event took place, and i was introduced to Mr. Williams who was with me from start to finish. On our first initial visit , he established his credibility and his trust with me and my family. He kept me updated with each step and how the process would go from there on out. His administrative assistant or the firm's Administrative Assistant were very prompt with their email responses and also very nice! There was not a question in my mind whether they were on my side as far as making sure that I got everything that I deserved with this case being that i was not at fault. I am pleased to say that I am satisfied overall and God forbid if anything takes place in the future they will always have me as a client.
