I want to thank Tucker Clagett of Andrews Bongar Gormley & Clagett for takng my case when other law firms told me I "didn't have a chance of winning"; well, we did win because Mr. Clagett displays something more than having a JD and experience. He also has a determined personality that lets you know he's going to get the job done for you. Everyone I've met in that firm, especially Mr. Clagett and Morgan McKay, the paralegal, truly cares about your situation and are on your side. I was involved in a motorcycle collision in 2013, it required a year of physical therapy, and 38 days in the hospital. Tucker Clagett worked with my wife and I while managing all legal affairs for us. I had to only focus on my recover while he and his staff handled all other aspects of the claim process. Professional and fair in all aspects. The staff and himself were always quick with a response and helpful.

I used the firm for filing my Chapter 7. Mr. Gormely was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries. He took time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions during the first consultation which was free. The entire staff at Gormley & Clagett were pleasant, professional and very helpful, in particular, Havyn, Louise and Jasmine. They helped to make this process less intimidating and moreso about a fresh start. Mr. Gormley's wisdom and direction were invaluable. I plan to utilize them for more of my family's legal needs and would refer them with the highest honor to anyone else. It was an extra blessing they were located in Southern Maryland where contact and commuting were easy. I am very grateful to them for guiding me through this process. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the legal assistance we have received from Dave Gormley. He has been helpful and always answered our questions throughout the process. A long time ago I worked for a law firm in Dallas and the hardest thing would be attorney availability on the phone. Dave was either available to answer a phone call or he returned the call within the same day. That's not easy considering attorney schedules! Any time we would be hesitant, Dave was there to reassure us with his legal knowledge and confidence. I would recommend Dave to my friends and family without hesitation.

Extremely knowledgeable, absolutely could not ask for better service and they have two qualities that rate them higher that the 5 stars: they listen to your concerns and they care. I was in the end stages of a loan modification on my home. I had complied with all the requirements including making the required payments on time. Shortly after the last check was cashed I called and spoke to a case manager. I was told that a package had been mailed with the modification documents and I was given date that the documents had to be returned. I was told that the date was critical to for the modified loan including a notarized acceptance letter. Three days later I spoke to another case manager who said the modification would go through and the package was on its way. I gave them two more days and I called again and spoke to another case manager who advised that she could not confirm if the package had been sent or not but she would request an extension on the deadline since it was now only two days away. The following day I spoke to another case manager (as you can see my Case Manager was never available) who advised that the package had not been sent and that it was not ready. This guy was quite snippy and told me to contact my case manager (like I hadn’t input his extension each time I called). The way it works is you call your case manager and if he is not available it gives you an option to connect to the next available case manager. This went on and on with more “deadline” dates and no package. I was at this point very, very concerned and that is an understatement. I called Andrews Bongar Gormley & Clagett for a consultation. I made an appointment and was also was given Mr. Gormley’s e-mail. The next Friday I could not sleep so I sent an e-mail to Mr. Gormley to give a background for the consultation. To my utter amazement Mr. Gormley texted me on Sunday asking if I was available for a phone call, and very shortly at 6 PM Mr. Gormley called. I slept very well for the first time in months. Five minutes into the conversation I knew he had my back. I cannot express how highly I recommend Andrews Bongar Gormley & Clagett. My case is done and I could not be more satisfied.
