Wow! Where to begin.... with the amazing services of Albers & Associates !! As a single mom constantly on the go between the kids , sporting events, errands etc the last thing I ever wanted to worry about was the nightmare of a car accident and all that was to come. Thankfully when I sought out represesentation, I contacted Albers & Associates and my call was answered promptly! Rachel, who has truly been a compassionate,diligent, and stead fast god send reached out to me & assured me she would help me thru this difficult time. AND THAT SHE HAS from start to start to finish!! Beginning with setting up immediate treatment for my injuries sustained, she assigned me a Doctor that was flexible around my schedule & my child care issues I thought I was gunna have to juggle to make sure I could get treated, sympathizing as a mother herself. When it came time to getting my vehicle fixed,I encountered issues/hassles with paying outta pocket when I shouldnt have had to. Rachel reached out to both insurance companies immediately that were to cover a rental and FOUGHT for me to be able to transport my children comfortably as she knew this was important to me. Through treatment, she has been in constant contact checking up on me, making sure things are going as well as they should be. Steadily & promptly ready through emails,texts, and phone calls regardless to any questions/ concerns I have, Rachel has been on the ball and I could not be any more sastified , grateful , and pleased with her excellence!. This situation could have truly been a nightmare but with her help it hasnt been and God forbid another accident happens in the future, without a doubt Rachel & The Albers & Associates team is my #1 GO TO!

I'm very pleased that i have contacted Ross Albers law firm to represent me in my case. From the first call i made to the firm i wasn't sure of the process and what to do. I spoke with Rachel and she has guided me through this whole process, she has answered all my questions and concerns , returned all my calls and she's been on point with my case. It's been a very smooth process from the get go and when she wasn't there i spoke with Ashley who was very helpful as well.I would recommend this Law Firm to everybody because when you have people like Rachel who goes above and beyond to make it easy on there clients it's easy to see why you would use this law firm.

I called their offices after seeing the great rating on Google. I spoke with the receptionist, who took all of my information and then said I should receive a call within 24-48 hours. 3-4 days later, no phone call was forthcoming so I called them again and explained that there was a timeline that was needed by the courts for my case. At this, I was told that someone would call me within the day and at a minimum help with the timeline issue I was having. Nearly a week later, I am finally able to talk to the receptionist again who informs me that the office decided they couldn't take on my case - No phone call to me, ever, occurred. Couldn't someone have looked over everything and gotten back with that response promptly? I have 30 days with which to respond to my issue and now 2 weeks have been used up trying to play phone tag and get an answer, only to be told they wont accept my case. Thanks for the waste of 2 weeks for this. Worst service ever - completely failure for this office.
