I was rear ended by a DUI driver and they did a number on me and others. I called Albers & Associates and I was immediately called back by paralegal Rachel. She immediately put my mind at ease and literally walked through the process every step of the way. I knew what to expect as well as any questions I have she answers. She did not hesitate in getting me treatment right away and within a day or two I was being seen and my pain was being treated. I don't know how she does it, but she is one step ahead and always seems to be there with quick response time leaving me feeling like she is only working on my personal case when I know she handles more. That is how you feel though. Like your needs and situation are important to them and you are a priority. I am so glad I chose them to represent me. Best decision ever!!!

I just recently got into a 4 car collision and I was calling around for a attorney and no one wanted to take on my case . After a couple of days of searching I came across this firm . Wow! Where to begin.... with the amazing services of Albers & Associates !! As a single mom constantly on the go between the kids , sporting events, errands etc the last thing I ever wanted to worry about was the nightmare of a car accident and all that was to come. Thankfully when I sought out represesentation, I contacted Albers & Associates and my call was answered promptly! Rachel, who has truly been a compassionate,diligent, and stead fast god send reached out to me & assured me she would help me thru this difficult time. AND THAT SHE HAS from start to start to finish!! Beginning with setting up immediate treatment for my injuries sustained, she assigned me a Doctor that was flexible around my schedule & my child care issues I thought I was gunna have to juggle to make sure I could get treated, sympathizing as a mother herself. When it came time to getting my vehicle fixed,I encountered issues/hassles with paying outta pocket when I shouldnt have had to. Rachel reached out to both insurance companies immediately that were to cover a rental and FOUGHT for me to be able to transport my children comfortably as she knew this was important to me. Through treatment, she has been in constant contact checking up on me, making sure things are going as well as they should be. Steadily & promptly ready through emails,texts, and phone calls regardless to any questions/ concerns I have, Rachel has been on the ball and I could not be any more sastified , grateful , and pleased with her excellence!.
