I would like to express my gratitude to Ross and his staff for their support and guidance over the past year. From the first day that I walked through their door, until settlement was reached, all that I had to be concerned with was recovering from my injuries; they took care of the rest! Being in an accident can be a fearful thing. With Ross and his staff in my corner, I didn't have to worry at all.

I called their offices after seeing the great rating on Google. I spoke with the receptionist, who took all of my information and then said I should receive a call within 24-48 hours. 3-4 days later, no phone call was forthcoming so I called them again and explained that there was a timeline that was needed by the courts for my case. At this, I was told that someone would call me within the day and at a minimum help with the timeline issue I was having. Nearly a week later, I am finally able to talk to the receptionist again who informs me that the office decided they couldn't take on my case - No phone call to me, ever, occurred. Couldn't someone have looked over everything and gotten back with that response promptly? I have 30 days with which to respond to my issue and now 2 weeks have been used up trying to play phone tag and get an answer, only to be told they wont accept my case. Thanks for the waste of 2 weeks for this. Worst service ever - completely failure for this office.

I first obtained assistance from Ross’ office after I was involved in a car accident, and the driver at faults insurance was giving me trouble. Ross was very helpful, and even got me in next day (on a Saturday) to meet with me. After securing Ross’ law firm they were very attentive and diligent. I worked closely with Bob Fiore who was AMAZING. He was on top of my case and handled the very uncooperative insurance company very well! Ross has a great team and I’m so thankful to have found them!
