Albers & Associates is one of the few best Criminal law firms in the Baltimore area. They help me with my case I was able to beat it. I was very nervous, not knowing what to do but they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything even about the possible outcome of my case. Mr James McGuinn in particular is the best lawyer I’ve never had, very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were very professional and experienced and expedient in getting my situation satisfied with the court as well as very very reasonable with pricing and payments. I would recommend them in a heart beat to represent me again any time.

I’d give this firm a good 5/5 stars. Tbh I would have suggested 4/5 or so. I was just a bit disappointed on the matter of fact that the previous lawyer had retired after I had applied for the case in. That mattered as I was still reaching out to the old Attorney with no response. However the team at Albers & Associates had everything situated out once I had called them about what was going on with my cases. Attorney James Mcguinn was fast to reply and help me out with the case. And got me prepared within the month of what I needed to do. I recommend for anyone who gets in trouble haha 👌

James was wonderful. Having never been involved in a criminal case before, I was unsure of the process with assisting my husband through his case. James took his time to answer ALL of my questions, make us feel like my husband's case was his only case, and responded to us timely. He took the time to not only understand the facts of the case, but to really get to know my husband including his being on the Autism Spectrum and ADD. He was able to relay this information to the prosecutor and then the judge. Offered a plea deal, my husband received 18 months probation with 9 supervised. James walked ys to the court cashier's office to pay and the around the corner to do his probation intake. I will forever be in debt to James for advocating and representing my husband.

I’m a responsible, law abiding adult and parent so dealing with a possible DUI was a scary and unfamiliar prospect for me. Joe Tycostup and the team at Albers and Associates were great. They personally answered my call at 8am on a Monday morning, took time to understand my situation and walked me through each step of navigating the court system and consequences with the MVA. They updated me regularly and ultimately were able to help get an extremity positive outcome for my case. one that allowed me to keep living my life. Lesson learned…but I’m extremely grateful I had Albers and Associates in my corner.
