Ross and his staff fought very hard for my case, they were efficient and answered all of my questions.

Mr. Albers handled my DUI case with great results and professionalism. I was extremely nervous and emotional about the whole incident and throughout the process. He was calming and reassuring. He is kind, considerate and knows the laws and how the system works. The process at the MVA hearing was dismissed because of his knowledge of reading the police report with an open mind and eye. The process at court and his advice prior to court helped to get a judgement of Probation before Judgement. If I ever need an attorney for anything, without question I will be back in his office. After being involved in a car accident, my husband and I hired an attorney to help us through the legal matters. During the next several months we didn't feel comfortable with the way things were going with the selected lawyer. We decided to meet with Ross after receiving his name and number. After talking with Ross for about 30 minutes, we felt very confident with his ability to handle our case. We hired him and his team to take care of the legal matters involved with the accident. Because of this communication, we were confident that we made the right decision and trusted that he would do all he could to reimburse us for all of the out of pocket medical expenses. Five stars aren't enough! Ross went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday morning to discuss my case. He reviewed the charges and told me exactly what to do before court and prepared me for the possible penalties. The outcome was exactly as Ross predicted! Went to Mr.Ross for a DUI charge he was very knowledgeable never had a problem getting ahold of him also the case turned out way better then I had expected. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again but if I did Mr.Ross would definitely get my business. Overall he felt more like a friend who was going to help you get through your hard time.
