There was a time I would have given this firm 5 stars, but, alas, that is no longer the case. It seems that one has to be really entangled with the law to get thoughtful and prompt service. Specifically, I have been using this firm since 2012 (mind you, nothing serious... moving violations), but when asking for a letter that had 2 criterion: the date the relationship started and statement that there is no known reason that we couldn't continue said relationship (should services be needed)... I was met with stonewalling and zero explanation? Perhaps, I am not a lucrative enough client to be shown the same consideration as one that is facing a life sentence? Or, perhaps, I am not as worthy as an immigrant seeking citizenship? I guess a law-abiding American isn't worth the hassle of a two sentence letter? No matter what illogic wasn't shared, I probably won't seek counsel at this firm ever again.

Seldom you find a law firm that can be described as being built on integrity, honesty, and true caring.
