When I was injured at work, I had no idea what I was in for. I am so grateful to have Steve as my attorney. He is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and he explains everything from beginning to end. He is so down-to-earth, very easy to talk to, and a straight shooter; he tells it exactly like it is. He guided me through everything and made my life and this stressful process so much easier. Colleen is also amazing! She is very knowledgeable, proactive, and quick to respond, and she was a tremendous help to me through this process. Steve and Colleen are a dynamic team, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. If I could give them ten stars, I would. I went through hell with my work injury, but because I had Steve representing me and Colleen helping me throughout the process, they made it so much easier for me so I could focus on taking care of myself. Assisted me through the process of a workers comp claim. Spoke with other lawyers before Steven and they seemed a bit distant and detached from my situation. Steven and his office were more than helpful and saved me from being bent over backwards by the insurance company.

While working at a seasonal contract position, I was on my feet for many hours a day as a private chef. My knee began hurting but I didn't think much of it until one day I couldn't put any weight on it at all. I went to the doctor to discover I had an overuse injury. The workers comp insurance instantly denied me and also told me there is no compensation for over use injuries. This is where my journey with Mr. Kantrovitz begins. I searched the internet for a lawyer because I believed I should be compensated and I also wanted to know my legal rights. When I reached out to him I was a little hesitant because of what the insurance had told me about overuse injuries. Once I explained my story, he accepted my case with no hesitation. First thing I did was listen to his advice and continued to see the doctor. Along with documenting and recording all medical transactions. In the beginning I wasn't able to get full care until the insurance would accept my claim. Mr. Kantrovitz worked very efficiently and with great confidence to win my case. I found him to be very knowledgeable, so I put all of my faith in his experience and guidance. On the day of our court case, there were a few tense moments when the other lawyer tried to make harmful claims against my case, but Mr. Kantrovitz was prepared and his responses were documented as well. This is what won my case! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone dealing with a workers comp situation. His knowledge and experience won't let you down. Sent not one but two detailed emails with full contact information spread 6 weeks apart and have as of yet received any sort of response from this law firm. Maybe, I should thank my lucky stars that they never got back to me because, if this is any indication as to how they conduct business I probably dodged a bullet. Whew!

Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!! Steven was amazing from the first phone call when I left a message on a Sunday saying I got hurt on the job and he called me Monday morning. He took great care of me and made my stressful process stress free especially when the insurance didn’t want to pay my weekly benefits He was right on top of it. Steven treats you like a family member and makes you feel very comfortable in any situation. I appreciate everything he did and highly recommend.

Steve is the best lawyer I have ever had. This is not the first time I have used his firm I used him about 16 yrs. Ago for a car accident I was in. I had a different lawyer that was part of his firm at the time and we won. So i decided to go back for my worker comp case. He's not a t.v. lawyer or someone you find on YouTube half of those people need the money more than you do. He explains every step in detail to you He doesn't leave you with doubt about what's going on with you and your case. I had shoulder surgery in April of 2017. My surgery and rehab did not go well. I was given Atty: Kantrovitz’s phone number and that was all I needed. I called Atty: Kantrovitz and we met a few weeks later. We spoke about work, family and my situation at the time. There wasn’t any imminent deadline that had to be met so Steve just gave me advice that I should continue with PT and hopefully I would get better and return to work. He was always “let’s see how things play out” and If nothing got better he told me he would be there if I ever needed his help. After our initial meeting I knew that I would not be looking for another attorney if I did need one, Steve was the one for me. Atty: Kantrovitz always kept me informed about any type of scenario that could arise with upcoming hearing’s. Turns out I didn’t have to worry because the court always sided with Atty: Kantrovitz. We ended up settling our case. Unfortunately for me I am permanently disabled because of my injuries but “The Best” thing that happened to me is that I had Steve on my side representing me during the whole process right to the end. I know for a fact that Atty: Kantrovitz got the best possible settlement I could have received. The first time I met Steve, I knew he was the real deal. He is sharp, does his due diligence, and knows what he is talking about. Steve is very professional and knowledgable. No matter how many questions that we had, he would listen and answer them in a way that us regular folks would understand. I've been out of work on workers compensation now for over a year and a half. As stressful as it is going through Steven is amazing at talking you through every step with detail that I was able to understand and follow. With his efforts he was able to prove to the judge that I needed to continue on workers compensation longer because I still have more procedures that have to be done for a best result at healing my injury.
