Handled our refinance closing very smoothly. Good provisions for social distancing.

EJ was absolutely fantastic, helping what turned into a complicated closing cross the finish line. He was responsive, accessible, and knowledgeable. When a last minute snag came up he helped research and come up with a solution that allowed the transaction to close. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend him.

Just had the worst closing in my real estate career at Dalton & Finegold L.L.P. in Andover and Boston. They don't communicate well, they don't follow their own process, they have no checks & balances in place. They just made a $7500 mistake on my closing and Bill Dalton doesn't think its a problem. His team failed to send out a closing document prior to the closing and then tried to blame the commission mistake on me, saying they didn't get it till the last minute. Clearly an untruth from the screen shot of their postal showing 2/17 and the closing was yesterday 3/3. Basically no ownership of issue from the firm and its my issue to chase the money. Avoid using them in a real estate transaction, and if you do make them email you everything and babysit them to the end.........

EJ Schneider at Dalton & Finegold came highly recommended by my realtor at Capital Residential who has worked with him on several prior closings.
